  • Color consultation

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Service appointments can be booked via our website, phone, email, or social media.

  • We may request an advance payment to confirm the booking.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices shared via quotations are based on area measurements, material requirements, and labor.

  • Final pricing may vary based on scope changes or additional client requests.

  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, online wallets, or cash.

  • Typically, 50% advance is required before work begins, and the balance is due on completion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the space is accessible and free of obstructions before the scheduled work begins.

  • Remove valuables, electronics, or fragile items from the work area.

  • Provide accurate details during booking (contact info, address, etc.).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • In case of project cancellation after work has commenced, refunds (if any) will be prorated based on work completed and materials used.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, where applicable.

6. Service Warranty

  • Select services such as waterproofing and painting may come with a limited warranty, the terms of which are provided in writing at the time of quotation.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or structural issues not related to our work.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of Ophelia Homes and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any material is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those websites.

9. Limitation of Liability
